The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) has launched this Lottery Based Housing Initiative known as Mhada Chatrapati Sambhajinagar Lottery, under which the Authority aims to provide cheap and affordable residential housing facilities to all the income group residents of Chatrapati Sambhajinagar Area. Under this initiative, people from all income groups, like EWS, LIG, MIG, and HIG, will get a chance to get a house at very affordable rates. In the previous year, about 1,133 flats, along with 361 Plots, we selected for allotment. With the help of this initiative, the residents of Chatrapati Sambhaji Nagar will have a fair chance of getting an affordable house.

Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be at least 18 Years of age.
- Applicant must be a permanent resident of Maharashtra State.
- Income Criteria is based on the category the applicant belongs to, such as EWS, LIG, MIG, and G.
- Applicant’s family member should not already have taken benefits under the MHADA.
Ineligibility Criteria
- Applicants residing outside Maharashtra State are not eligible.
- Applicants below the age of 18 Years are not eligible.
- Applicants’ family members who have already received benefits from MHADA are not eligible.
