- Applicants should be permanent residents of Jaipur City.
- Annual Income of Applicants should not be above than-
- EWS (Economically Weaker Section): Annual income should be above INR 3,00,000.
- LIG (Low-Income Group): Annual Income must be between INR 3,00,001 to INR 6,00,000.
- MIG-B (Middle-Income Group-B): Annual Income must be between INR 12,00,001 to INR 18,00,000.
- HIG (High-Income Group): Annual Income must be between INR 18,00,001 to INR 20,00,000.
- Age Criteria of Applicants should be above than 18 Years of age.
- Applicants must now own a property in Jaipur.
