About LDA Anant Nagar Yojana 2025
In order to provide affordable housing opportunities for all the citizens especially citizens from EWS, The Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh State Shri Yogi Adityanath has announced this remarkable housing initiative called LDA Anant Nagar Yojana. According to this scheme, the Government aims to provide housing for approximately 1.5 Lakh citizens across Lucknow city. This project will be constructed on 785 Acres of land near Anant Nagar and the budget allocated for this project by the Government is about INR 7,000 crore for the implementation of this housing initiative.

LDA Anant Nagar Yojana Phase 1 Registration Starts
The Government of Uttar Pradesh State has started to receive applications under the LDA Anant Nagar Yojana Phase 1 and till now the government has received about 13,031 Applications for 334 Residential Plots averaging 39 Applicants per plot. Under this scheme, the Government will provide affordable housing facilities to at least 1.5 Lakh eligible citizens across the state.
